A New Town is Coming to Southern Berks County
Bryn Eyre Vision: To create a distinctive, exceptionally livable town where a variety of homes, shops and offices radiate from parks and plazas and where pedestrian connections and amenities abound.
Bryn Eyre will be built in New Morgan Borough, Berks County, upon the tradition of Pennsylvania’s finest historic towns such as Wyomissing, Doylestown, West Chester, and Wayne. Constructed on 3200 acres adjacent to the Morgantown exit of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, the town will offer a vibrant community that brings together homes, jobs, schools, houses of worship, parks, and shopping all within a short walk of each other.
As was done in Pennsylvania’s historic towns, Bryn Eyre will offer homes on smaller lots with gathering places like neighborhood greens, parks, town squares, and playgrounds. Shops and restaurants will be within walking distance of most residences, workplaces will be close to housing and the town will enjoy the sense of close community that was once the defining characteristic of American small town life.
Pennsylvanians will have a new choice: a cozy, small-town feel with homes designed to satisfy modern tastes.
